Inquiry privacy

A note about
your information.

What the form collects

The form stores your name, email address, inquiry type, organization, optional website, message, and submission time.

Why it is collected

The information gives Jordan context for a consulting inquiry, podcast invitation, or general conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in the site’s database on Cloudflare. Mailgun processes the notification email, which is sent to Jordan’s email inbox. Access to the database is restricted to authorized site administrators.

Spam protection

The server derives a temporary identifier from a network address and time window to limit repeated submissions. The address itself is not saved in inquiry records. Rate-limit identifiers expire and are removed during subsequent submissions.

Your choices

Email jordan@jordansoblick.com to ask about your inquiry or request deletion. Information is kept as needed to respond and maintain the resulting business relationship, or to meet applicable obligations.
